We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is completed.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. On average, international delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures and local import processes, which are beyond our control.

Some items may ship from different fulfillment locations, including the United States, Europe, Asia, or other regions, depending on product availability and destination.

- EMS
- USPS

Estimated delivery times:
- ePacket: approximately 7–15 business days
- EMS: up to 20 business days
- USPS: approximately 1–5 business days

Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
